盛業資本大力佈局產業物聯網 提升供應鏈智能服務能力 股價四連升破新高 市值突破10億美金
格隆匯7月15日丨繼盛業資本(6069.HK)6月初宣佈一系列產業科技戰略部署以來，股價節節攀升，今日盤中一度漲超8%至8.87港元，股價創2018年4月以來新高，市值突破10億美金。
盛業資本於6月初公佈，基於“雙驅動+大平台”的戰略，計劃通過戰略投資及研發投入，進一步加強公司的平台科技能力，並結合產業物聯網和數字科技，打造一個智能化的供應鏈綜合服務平台。目前公司已研發並對外輸出成熟的供應鏈智能解決方案產品，主要包括智慧工地及建築信息化解決方案、以及醫藥SPD智能供應鏈綜合服務。公司在產業科技板塊加大研發和市場投入，將幫助公司鞏固在大基建及醫療行業中供應鏈數字化服務領域的領先地位。近期，公司也完成了對消費醫療SaaS龍頭上海領健信息技術有限公司（簡稱“領健”）的戰略投資。與細分行業頭部SaaS及供應鏈平台形成緊密的戰略合作，可以促進盛業資本快速滲透新興行業，同時進一步提升平台的大數據分析和綜合服務能力。上週，公司亦宣佈了與中國移動集團（0941.HK）旗下聯仁健康醫療大數據科技股份有限公司建立戰略合作關係，雙方將圍繞醫療信息化、大數據分析、物聯網科技、供應鏈數字金融等方面開展全方面合作，推動醫療行業大數據應用，並共同探索"數字大健康+數字供應鏈"的創新服務模式。
盛業資本近期密集部署產業物聯網和數字科技的動作，只是其產業科技戰略部署的一個開端。根據6月初的公吿，除產業物聯網之外，盛業的戰略部署還涉及B2B電子商務平台、智能物流、區塊鏈、以及企業支付解決方案。目前股價連續創新高反應了資本市場非常看好其產業科技及智能供應鏈服務的市場潛力。作為供應鏈科技平台的先驅者，盛業資本在供應鏈服務領域一直保持領先的市場佔有率，過往3年淨利潤複合增長率約60%，其盈利能力超過行業平均水平。在此階段市值突破10億美金也標誌着盛業資本已邁入發展新篇章，加速構建基於產業物聯網和數字科技的供應鏈智能服務大平台。
