格隆匯7月15日丨天地源(600665.SH)披露第二季度房地產項目經營情況簡報，具體如下：
一、新增房地產儲備及開工面積、竣工面積
(1)新增房地產土地儲備面積
2021年4-6月，公司新增房地產土地儲備面積17.21萬平方米，權益新增房地產土地儲備面積9.95萬平方米，權益新增房地產計容建築面積約24.39萬平方米。
2021年1-6月，公司新增房地產土地儲備面積17.21萬平方米，權益新增房地產土地儲備面積9.95萬平方米，權益新增房地產計容建築面積約24.39萬平方米。
(2)新開工面積、竣工面積
2021年4-6月，公司新開工面積57.88萬平方米，權益新開工面積45.19萬平方米。公司竣工面積29.20萬平方米，權益竣工面積29.20萬平方米。
2021年1-6月，公司新開工面積67.11萬平方米，權益新開工面積54.42萬平方米。公司竣工面積29.20萬平方米，權益竣工面積29.20萬平方米。
二、簽約面積、簽約金額及其同比變化情況
2021年4-6月，公司實現合同銷售面積21.32萬平方米，同比增長19.46%。實現權益合同銷售面積16.41萬平方米，同比增長10.78%。公司實現合同銷售金額368,307.46萬元，同比增長66.54%。實現權益合同銷售金額282,113.85萬元，同比增長46.54%。
2021年1-6月，公司實現合同銷售面積32.49萬平方米，同比增長27.84%。實現權益合同銷售面積24.85萬平方米，同比增長16.99%。公司實現合同銷售金額549,339.67萬元，同比增長65.74%。實現權益合同銷售金額416,644.50萬元，同比增長44.52%。
三、房地產出租情況
截至2021年6月30日，公司出租房地產總面積1.72萬平方米，權益出租房地產總面積1.72萬平方米。2021年1-6月，公司租金總收入為461.04萬元，權益租金總收入為461.04萬元。
