麥迪衞康(02159.HK)附屬擬攜手漢王科技及另六家公司就醫療智能硬件等方面展開合作
格隆匯7月14日丨麥迪衞康(02159.HK)公吿，公司的附屬公司北京麥迪衞康醫療科技有限公司("麥迪衞康")與漢王科技集團("漢王科技")及另六間公司於2021年7月14日各訂立一份發展合作框架協議，內容有關麥迪衞康可能與漢王科技及另六家公司在業務上合作，惟受限於正式協議條款及條件。
根據該等框架協議，麥迪衞康及漢王科技及另六家公司已同意就精準醫療、醫療智能硬件等方面展開深入合作，包括：1)產業聯盟合作，2)研究合作，3)商業合作。
漢王科技股份有限公司成立於1998年，作為國內人工智能產業的先行者，漢王科技潛心深耕二十餘載，始終致力於多領域智能交互技術的研究與應用。
專注模式識別與智能交互領域的研發，漢王在各大方向累計了多項自主知識產權的核心技術，形成了軟硬件結合的發展模式和豐富的產品鏈，使得漢王識別技術得到廣泛應用，目前擁有京津冀地區電子行業垂直一體化精密製造基地，技術及產品已走出國門，輻射至日、北美、南美、歐洲等海外市場。

鑑於上文所述，董事認為該可能業務合作將使集團能夠有效改善其業務表現、促使其現有業務組合的多元化及開拓其業務收入的來源。
