宏達新材(002211.SZ)半年度淨利潤預虧0.9億元-1.2億元
格隆匯7月14日丨宏達新材(002211.SZ)披露半年度業績預吿，預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損9000萬元-12000萬元。
據悉，公司全資子公司上海鴻翥信息科技有限公司、上海觀峯信息科技有限公司於2020年至2021年期間與江蘇弘萃實業發展有限公司、保利民爆科技集團股份有限公司、中宏正益能源控股有限公司等客户分別簽訂了系列銷售協議，約定公司向前述客户銷售專網無線通信產品。後由於前述合同陸續出現執行異常及應收賬款逾期的風險，嚴重影響了子公司的資金安全與專網無線通信業務的經營與安排，產生了對公司資產造成損失的可能，公司已就上述情況於2021年6月1日披露了《關於公司子公司部分經營業務的風險提示公吿》。
截至本公吿日，經公司及子公司多次核查，雖尚未發現前述客户的經營狀況發生較為不利的變化，但近期經公司多次與客户協商、催討督促，部分客户仍未能按協議要求按時履行合同約定的提貨義務，部分客户仍不能按時回款。
1、針對上述風險，結合公司近期已通過多種途徑向上述合同對方催吿催收，但根據近期部分客户回覆稱，前述合同出現執行異常風險的主要原因系其下游客户尚未履行合同。截至目前，公司正積極通過各種途徑解決前述風險給公司帶來的影響，通過電話、函詢等多種渠道努力獲悉專網無線通信業務最終客户的具體信息，但尚未有顯著進展。雖目前未有直接明確證據確定是否存在回收損失，但出於謹慎性及風險預估考慮，故在本期對上述專網無線通信產品應收賬款再計提減值準備5%，約600萬元。
2、因專網無線通信市場環境不佳，導致公司專網無線通信業務發生經營性虧損約2,000萬元，對公司上半年業績造成影響。
3、公司於2019年10月收購全資子公司上海觀峯信息科技有限公司(以下簡稱“上海觀峯”)並形成商譽，收購協議約定上海觀峯需完成三年業績承諾。現因上海觀峯專網無線通信業務生產及經營情況發生異常，存在無法完成相關業績承諾的可能，經初步測算對其所形成的商譽計提減值準備約7,500萬元。
