寶塔實業(000595.SZ)半年度淨利潤預虧3500萬元-4500萬元
格隆匯7月14日丨寶塔實業(000595.SZ)披露半年度業績預吿,預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損3500萬元至4500萬元。
公司2021年上半年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較2020年上半年變動較大的主要原因:
1、受上年同期寧夏自治區政府減免税金影響,報吿期較上年同期營業外收入減少1,918萬元(計入非經常性損益)。
2、受上年公司重整影響,上年度儲備的銷售訂單較往年減少。另外,公司2020年底合併報表範圍減少子公司,使本報吿期營業收入同比減少1,434萬元。
3、公司重整計劃執行完畢後,今年上半年加強了營銷及採購管理、人力資源優化、產品技術研發及質量提升等工作,上半年成本費用有所下降。但今年上半年軸承生產主要原材料價格較上年同期漲幅較大,上半年生產成本相應增加。
