格隆匯7月14日丨*ST雅博(002323.SZ)披露2021年半年度業績預吿,預計上半年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤虧損700萬元到1400萬元;歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤虧損750萬元到1500萬元。基本每股虧損0.0094元/每股到0.0188元/股。
報吿期內,一季度是建築行業的淡季,受春節等節假日影響,各年同期淨利潤指標均較低;二季度公司進入司法重整程序,目前正在全力配合法院及管理人開展相關重整工作,做好員工穩定,對外投入開展的生產經營活動相應減少。
