格隆匯7月14日丨藏格控股(000408.SZ)披露2021年半年度業績預吿,預計上半年歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤3.9億元-4.3億元,比上年同期上升374.91%至403.11%,扭虧為盈。扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤2.47億元2.88億元,比上年同期上升187.40%至233.84%。基本每股收益0.1956元/股-0.2157元/股。
業績變動原因:
報吿期內,公司子公司藏格鉀肥氯化鉀銷售價格相比上年同期有所上升,營業收入及利潤較上年同期上升。
報吿期內,報吿期內公司二級子公司藏格鋰業碳酸鋰銷量及銷售價格相比上年同期大幅上升,故營業收入及利潤較上年同期上升。
報吿期內,公司長期股權投資確認投資收益2.1億元(包含西藏巨龍銅業計提擔保預期信用損失轉回)。
