可立克(002782.SZ)半年度淨利潤預降65.53%-72.43%
格隆匯7月14日丨可立克(002782.SZ)公佈,預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤4000萬元-5000萬元,同比下降65.53%-72.43%。
報吿期內,在面對後疫情時代國內外複雜多變的市場環境,公司通過不斷加大市場開拓力度和研發投入,重點提升內部管理水平,使得本期營業收入同比繼續實現增長,但歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤同比有所下降,主要原因系:
1、報吿期內,受銅等大宗材料上漲及匯率的影響,且向客户傳導漲價存在一定滯後,上半年毛利率有所下降。截至本披露日,公司根據市場供需及成本情況等因素,已成功與大部分客户協商提價。
2、報吿期內,公司確認限制性股票股權激勵費用約1900萬元。
3、報吿期內,非經常性損益對公司淨利潤的影響約2000萬元,上年同期非經常性損益為10073.4萬元,主要原因是交易性金融資產投資收益及公允價值變動所致。
