*ST華訊(000687.SZ)半年度預虧7000萬至10500萬元
格隆匯7月14日丨*ST華訊(000687.SZ)公佈,預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨虧損7000萬元至10500萬元,上年同期虧損7807.29萬元;報吿期末歸屬於母公司所有者權益-157729.41萬元至-161229.41萬元。
報吿期業績虧損較高主要原因為:一方面公司因資金緊張導致的銀行貸款逾期,需承擔相應逾期利息和罰息,財務費用較高;另一方面基於謹慎性的原則,公司在報吿期根據涉訴案件判決執行的情況計提了較高金額遲延履行費用。
針對公司目前狀況,公司正積極配合法院、監管機構、政府各相關部門、債權人等,全力推動儘快進入司法重整程序,如果法院正式受理對公司的重整申請且公司順利實施重整並執行完畢重整計劃,將有利於改善公司資產負債結構,推動公司迴歸健康、可持續發展軌道。
