《新股消息》據報Lalamove擬將10億美元IPO由美國轉移至香港進行
外電報道,本地物流貨運公司Lalamove(又稱貨拉拉)考慮到近日內地當局加強規管科技企業的用戶數據,若要在海外申請掛牌上市,必須先在中國境內完成網路安全審核。為避免影響IPO進程,正計劃將上市地點由美國轉至香港。
上月曾有消息指Lalamove已就IPO向美國提交秘密上市申請,目標集資約10億美元,估值達100億美元
官網資料顯示,Lalamove成立於2013年,業務範圍覆蓋香港、台灣、新加坡及美國和拉丁美洲等超過20個市場,目前擁有超過700萬用戶及70萬名司機。
