港股異動 | 周大福(1929.HK)績後跌逾6% 一季度內地同店銷售增長42.8%
格隆匯7月14日丨周大福(1929.HK)現報16.5港元,跌6.14%,暫成交6123萬港元,最新市值1650億港元。周大福昨日盤後發佈截至6月30日止三個月未經審核業績,於第一季度內,中國內地以及香港及澳門的同店銷售維持令人鼓舞的增長勢頭。在消費氣氛暢旺的支持下,中國內地的同店銷售增長於季內達到42.8%。儘管中國內地與香港的主要過境口岸仍然關閉,香港及澳門的同店銷售表現持續復甦,同店銷售增長大幅提升至110.4%,此乃受惠於本地消費需求有所改善及低基數效應。美銀日前發研報指,周大福的股價由年初至今累升75%,該行將其評級降至中性,但上調目標價16%至19港元,相信集團的穩健增長預測已經反映,基於預期同店銷售增長放緩及利潤率壓縮,相信其未來12個月的股票上漲空間有限。
