進出口銀行發10億美元兩年期境內美元債 票面利率0.6%
中國進出口銀行公布,昨日(13日)在上海清算所發行的10億美元兩年期境內美元債,票面利率為0.6%,為該行今年第二期境內美元債。
該期債以簿記建檔、利率招標、集中配售方式發行,繳款日為7月20日,分銷期為7月13日至7月20日,承銷商包括中信証券(06030.HK)(600030.SH)、中國銀行(03988.HK)(601988.SH)、建設銀行(00939.HK)(601939.SH)等15家中外資銀行和券商。
此次發行進一步暢通境內外幣債券市場融資渠道,豐富外幣投資產品供給,對完善境內美元債券收益率曲線,推動境內外幣債券市場發展具有積極意義。
