海默科技(300084.SZ)：與Select Energy建立戰略合作伙伴關係
格隆匯7月13日丨海默科技(300084.SZ)宣佈，公司全資子公司Haimo America, Inc(簡稱“海默美國”)與Select Energy Services, LLC.(簡稱“Select”)近日在美國簽署了《戰略合作協議》及《獨家代理協議》，基於在各自領域內豐富的經驗與資源，雙方同意建立戰略合作伙伴關係。合作內容包括：
1、產品開發
在北美地區每年數千口非常規油氣水平井的開發過程中，油田作業者需要針對每一口水平井在大規模壓裂後進行鑽塞作業及壓裂液返排管理，並在之後生產初期的較長時間，針對地層壓力、流量、出砂情況、含氣率及含水率進行持續觀測，依次為每口井制定後續的生產管理及優化策略。針對該需求，Select與海默科技雙方將共同開發並實施一種定製的、商業上可行的返排和生產測試系統。雙方將共同努力，將海默科技的流量計集成到定製的返排及生產測試系統中。海默科技將通過對多相流量計的再設計和再開發，用流量計為聯合開發系統提供實時壓力、温度及流量測量數據，並對海默科技流量計現有的軟件和硬件進行相應調整，使返排系統的操作數據可以與海默流量計產品實時通訊，實現計量參數實時調整以及測量數據實時輸出的功能。
2、共同開發產品的商業安排
對合作開發出的具有商業可行性的聯合開發產品，Select將擁有獨家代理權，在美國和加拿大實施和銷售聯合開發產品，開始於雙方同意創造商業上可行的聯合開發產品時，並在產品開發期的剩餘時間和此後繼續執行和銷售。海默科技則保留在世界任何其他市場(美國和加拿大除外)使用、實施和銷售該聯合開發產品的獨家權利。
3、海默科技流量計的商業安排
針對Select在北美市場代理銷售海默科技流量計所作準備的相關要求。在產品開發期結束後的第一年，即初始排他期的第一個合同年期間，Select同意為海默科技流量計在美國和加拿大制定營銷計劃並組建銷售團隊。準備工作包括但不限於品牌和營銷計劃，針對銷售人員的多相流量計相關技術培訓以及服務團隊搭建。公司應聘請不少於兩名具有返排及生產測試經驗的全職技術銷售人員，併為其銷售團隊配備相應的市場資源。
據悉，Select的前身Peak Wellsite Rentals, LLC.於2007年在Gainesville, TX成立並開始油田設備租賃業務，經營業績卓著。2008年收購Impact Energy Service後，正式更名為Select Energy Service, LLC.，後續經過多次融資擴張及收購，於2017年4月21日在美國紐約證券交易所上市(證券代碼：WTTR)，總部位於美國德克薩斯州休斯頓市。
Select是美國陸地最大的油田生產測試、油氣井返排及生產測試公司之一，同時也是非常規油氣行業領先的水處理及相關數字化、自動化系統的總體解決方案提供商。
