中金:料頤海國際(1579.HK)中期純利按年跌5% 降目標價至65港元
中金公司研報指,預測頤海國際(1579.HK)中期純利按年跌5%,主要受高基數、毛利率低於預期和匯兑損失高於預期拖累,該行下調其目標價41%至65港元,同時下調2021和2022年的盈利預測分別16%及21%,投資評級為跑贏行業。
中金報吿指出,受產品結構變動及品牌投入增加拖累,上半年利潤率承壓,預計毛利率跌幅或超過5個百分點;上半年也由於港幣貶值或出現匯兑損失。預計下半年有望復甦,全年30%的收入增長目標仍有望實現。
