摩通:料物管股新一波盈喜帶動投資情緒 首選永升生活及金科服務
摩根大通發表研究報告指,自6月17日起,內地物管股板塊曾升11%,跑贏國指2%升幅,但隨後在內地增長股鎖定利潤氣氛下回落,現時計累升1%,對比同期恆指則跌4%,預期中期業績的盈喜潮將帶動板塊投資情緒。
該行指出,目前物管股估值相當於未來12個月預測市盈率約31倍,相信股價近期有15%至20%上升空間,市盈率可升至介乎37至38倍。
摩通預測,行業上半年利潤平均按年增長57%,估計監測的15家物管商中有11家會發盈喜,近期首選爲永升生活服務(1995.HK)及金科服務(9666.HK),另看好世茂服務(0873.HK)及融創服務(1516.HK),並認爲恆大物業(6666.HK)屬高風險、高回報股份。
