張近東辭任董事長 黃明端或為繼任 易購成為獨立市場主體
格隆匯7月1日丨7月12日晚間消息，蘇寧易購發佈公吿稱，張近東辭任蘇寧易購董事長，副董事長孫為民、董事孟祥勝一同退出董事會，易購已成為獨立市場主體。
此輪董事會改選並未產生新董事長，由任峻暫時履行董事長職務，直至完成選舉。值得注意的是，公吿顯示，來自高鑫零售的黃明端被提名為下一屆董事會戰略委員會主任委員。據消息人士解讀，董事會工作細則中明確規定，戰略委員會主任委員由董事長擔任，也就是説，黃明端極有可能是下一任蘇寧易購董事長人選。
在此次改選中，蘇寧在易購董事會中的席位從4個減為1個，正如此前市場預計，張近東放棄對易購的控制，易購已經成為獨立的市場主體。同時，新新零售基金二期作為戰略投資進入蘇寧，並提名兩名董事人選。
據瞭解，新新零售基金二期基金總規模88.3億元人民幣，由江蘇省、南京市國資聯合阿里巴巴、海爾、美的、TCL、小米等多方產業投資人蔘與，以支持蘇寧易購進一步整合優質資產和優質業務，推動公司長期戰略的實施，實現平穩健康發展。
公吿稱，董事會成員改選完成後，公司董事會成員構成更加多元。易購將成為一家面向市場的社會化新型企業。戰略股東代表董事將積極發揮其自身在戰略管理、經營管理及投資管理等方面的專業經驗，進一步推動公司的持續、穩定、健康發展。董事會當天審議通過黃明端、冼漢迪等四人為公司第七屆董事會非獨立董事候選人。
黃明端生於1955年，一手創立並執掌大潤發23年。行業人士評論認為，鑑於多年在零售行業積累的經驗和威望，預計他將在新易購發揮重要領導作用。
資料顯示，黃明端曾任潤泰全球股份有限公司的總經理，負責制訂及執行其整體策略及監督其業務營運。曾任大潤發流通的總經理。2011年4月28日至2018年1月30日期間擔任高鑫零售有限公司董事，2019年5月17至2021年5月10日期間擔任高鑫零售有限公司首席執行官，2020年10月17日至今獲委任為高鑫零售有限公司董事會主席。現任高鑫零售有限公司非執行董事。
