賽微電子(300456.SZ)預計半年度扣非淨利潤為虧損353.56萬-565.69萬元
格隆匯7月12日丨賽微電子(300456.SZ)公佈，預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤7134.31萬元-7346.44萬元，同比增長509.41%-527.54%；扣除非經常性損益後的淨利潤為虧損353.56萬元-565.69萬元；營業收入37778.16萬元-39577.12萬元。業績變動的主要原因為：
1、公司主營業務MEMS(微機電系統)工藝開發與晶圓製造具備全球競爭優勢，擁有業內頂級專家與工程師團隊以及持續擴張的8英寸成熟產能，較好地把握了下游生物醫療、通訊、工業汽車、消費電子等應用領域的市場機遇，訂單飽滿，生產與銷售旺盛。在COVID-19疫情全球肆虐的背景下，公司MEMS業務克服了各種困難，在報吿期內繼續實現了增長。其中，瑞典MEMS產線繼續保持了強勁的盈利能力；而由於在報吿期繼續面臨較大的折舊攤銷壓力、工廠運轉及人員費用持續增長，且在報吿期末一期產能剛剛開始正式生產，公司新建成的北京MEMS產線發生較大虧損，對報吿期MEMS業務的整體財務結果構成了較大的負向影響。
2、公司已於2020年第三季度剝離了航空電子和部分導航業務，且在2021年繼續剝離剩餘導航業務子公司；公司自2021年第一季度開始不再體現原有航空電子業務的影響，自2021年第二季度開始不再體現原有主要導航業務子公司北京耐威時代科技有限公司的影響。
3、公司為把握市場機遇，增加了半導體業務的資本投入和人員招聘，保障核心業務MEMS和潛力業務GaN(氮化鎵)的持續投入，報吿期內相關管理費用增長，相關財務及研發費用大幅增長。
4、近年來，公司陸續取得系列政府補助，其中部分補助在本報吿期內補償了部分相關成本費用或損失，公司取得相關收益；近年來，公司圍繞主業開展了系列產業投資佈局，其中部分投資(如在半導體基金的投資)在報吿期內繼續實現投資項目退出或首次出讓部分股權，公司取得相關收益。
5、公司參股子公司在報吿期內整體上出現虧損。
報吿期內，預計非經常性損益對當期淨利潤的影響約7700萬元，上年同期非經常性損益對當期淨利潤的影響為463.57萬元。
