格隆匯7月12日丨神火股份(000933.SZ)披露半年度業績預增公吿,預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤145,005.06萬元,同比增加581.54%。
業績變動的主要原因為公司電解鋁業務盈利能力大幅增強,具體如下:
(1)隨着雲南水電鋁一體化項目逐步投產,公司電解鋁產品權益銷量增加15.62萬噸。
(2)報吿期內,公司電解鋁產品不含税售價同比上漲32.12%。
(3)受陽極碳塊、電力、人工等成本增加影響,報吿期內電解鋁產品單位完全成本同比增加8.91%。
(4)受發供電量不及預期、煤炭價格大幅上漲導致單位成本顯著上升等因素影響,公司下屬子公司河南神火發電有限公司長期資產組預計減值4.55億元。
(5)部分子公司房屋建築物及井巷資產報廢減少歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤0.77億元。
