招商局置地(00978.HK)公佈,截至今年6月30日止六個月,集團連同其聯營及合營獲得合同銷售總額約爲288.53億元人民幣(下同),按年增長約47%。而合同銷售總面積約爲124.9萬平方米,按年增長約12%。今年上半年平均售價約爲每平方米23,106元。
單計今年第二季,集團連同其聯營及合營獲得合同銷售總額約爲146.45億元,按年減少約2%,而合同銷售總面積約爲66.8萬平方米,按年減少約19%。第二季平均售價約爲每平方米21,922元。
