盛通股份(002599.SZ)：子公司與商湯科技簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯7月9日丨盛通股份(002599.SZ)公佈，2021年7月9日，公司全資子公司北京盛通知行教育科技集團有限公司(“乙方”)與上海商湯智能科技有限公司(“甲方”或“商湯科技”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。雙方擬在人工智能教育教學軟硬件採購與銷售、課程產品開發和落地、賽事運營、教材出版等方面展開合作。
協議雙方一致同意在包括但不限於以下幾個方面進行合作：
1、AI教育教學產品的採購與銷售。乙方作為甲方的合作伙伴，採購甲方提供的AI 教育教學相關軟硬件，課程內容，服務等，並在乙方直營和加盟培訓等機構銷售。
2、AI教育師資培訓。甲方負責組織乙方培訓機構的教師參加人工智能培訓。甲方負責選派優秀的人工智能專家進行培訓，並分享人工智能最前沿的場景和應用，同時乙方派出優秀的師資團隊，共同合作打造一支優秀的人工智能教師隊伍，承載雙方的AI 教育師資培訓以及項目培訓服務。
3、人工智能課程合作開發。甲方為乙方提供既有產品及後續持續開發迭代產生的基於甲方AI 教育平台的完整課程內容，乙方組建教研團隊和甲方聯合開發基於甲方AI 教育平台的適合乙方教學場景和教育產品體系的相關課程，開發過程中甲方主導課程研發，乙方提供教育服務支持，確保在雙方協商的開發週期內保證課程產品的完成。乙方需保證課程產品落地的教學服務質量，甲方會為所有該課程的合格的任課老師提供商湯教育認證，會定期對教學效果進行評估，與乙方一同提升學生的學習效果和體驗。
4、賽事合作。乙方負責在其主辦及協辦的賽事中引入甲方作為協辦單位。乙方負責促成甲方成為教育部白名單賽事組織單位成員，具體白名單賽事由甲乙雙方協商決定。對於甲乙雙方合作開發的新產品，甲方參與的使用新產品賽事，甲乙雙方共同負責推廣與運營、規則制定和賽事培訓，具體事項由甲乙雙方另行簽署項目協議約定。
5、教材出版合作。乙方提供甲方在出版社的資源，支持甲方在教材出版，項目拓展等AI 教育相關的市場活動，具體事項由甲乙雙方另行簽署項目協議約定。6、教具合作。甲乙雙方聯合開發新教具以及配套產品和服務，雙方合作推動新教具產品的市場銷售，促進雙方在教育行業的業績增長，具體事項由甲乙雙方另行簽署項目協議約定。
此次與商湯科技達成戰略合作，有利於發揮雙方各自優勢，共同發展青少年人工智能教育市場格局。本次與商湯科技合作，有利於發揮公司課程研發、競賽培訓、渠道推廣等方面的實力，同時藉助合作方在人工智能領域的優勢，豐富公司的課程培訓體系和賽事體系，提升公司品牌影響力。
