天譽置業(00059.HK)附屬獲大唐集團(02117.HK)增資6億人幣
天譽置業(00059.HK)公布,大唐集團(02117.HK)間接附屬漳州唐林房地產計劃向天譽巨榮增資6.06億元人民幣(下同),以獲得天譽巨榮之20%股權。
於該增資完成後,天譽巨榮註冊資本將增加至30.3億元,並將由天譽譽浚和漳州唐林房地產分別持有80%及20%股權。預期交易視作出售事項,不會對集團產生重大收益或虧損。
天譽巨榮仍將是公司之附屬公司,主要在中國從事房地產開發、商品房銷售。
