中國寶力科技(00164.HK)與兩間國際知名供應商公司簽訂合作協議 以提升免税產品價格競爭力
格隆匯7月8日丨中國寶力科技(00164.HK)發佈公吿，集團於上月與純免網絡科技（上海）有限公司訂立業務合作，共同在中國成立一間合營公司，即上海純免遞福國際貿易有限公司，旨在進軍新的免税電子商務行業。
純免網絡獲得中國免税店（香港）集團公司（CDFS）在國內唯一授權方及海關總署備案，單獨開發1210支付推單系統，從事跨境電商網購保税業務。
憑藉集團的列車媒體、廣吿資源，以及強大的多媒體技術能力，集團與純免遞福將進行一系列融媒體廣吿營銷業務的合作與探索。同時將利用大型户外多媒體營銷、（移動）互聯網媒體營銷、網紅╱KOL直播和其他多元化營銷方式創新將免税電商行業新興的網購趨勢融入列車媒體平台，與粵港澳大灣區數百萬的列車乘客互動。目前，廣深線和諧號列車每年客運流量超過1億人次。
公司於2021年7月6日分別與兩間國際知名供應商公司簽訂了戰略合作框架協議，本着資源優勢互補的原則，共同建立長期可持續合作的目標，致力於拓展戰略合作關係，提升免税產品的價格競爭力。
其中一間公司為CML株式會社，根據日本法律設立並有效存續，註冊地址位於日本東京。CML成立於2014年，至今已有7年的歷史，一直着重致力將日本本土優質美容保健產品通過大宗貿易和跨境電商的方式引進中國市場，年銷售已突破1億元人民幣。在日本是貝親，MTG，宙斯，普羅蘭博，松本清，伊勢丹，愛德蘭絲等品牌的指定經銷商。銷售管道涉及線上線下，目前是阿里巴巴、天貓、淘寶、京東，小紅書、網易考拉海購、絲芙蘭、伊勢丹商場等眾多知名企業的供應商。
另一間公司為韓國彩虹商貿有限公司，根據韓國法律設立並有效存續，註冊地址位於韓國首爾。彩虹商貿成立於2014年，主營化粧品、護膚品進出口貿易，在2015–2018年這四年中，單月交易額最高達1.4億元人民幣，平均每月交易額2,000萬元以上，年銷售額超過5億元。主要進貨管道為韓國樂天免税店、韓國新羅免税店、韓國新世界免税店，以及韓國本土旅行社配合購物額度。目前是香港亮星國際貿易有限公司及京東（北京事業部）的供應商。
董事會相信透過與CML及彩虹商貿訂立業務合作，將為純免遞福提供一系列優質美容保健、化粧護膚產品的供應，保證正品正貨，價格具有市場競爭力，這將有助於為新的免税列車融媒體電子商務業務打下紮實的基礎。
