萬勵達(08482.HK)控股股東出售1000萬股股份
格隆匯7月8日丨萬勵達(08482.HK)發佈公吿,董事會獲公司董事會主席、行政總裁兼執行董事及於出售事項前控股股東呂克宜先生吿知,2021年7月7日,彼通過其全資擁有的公司豪達有限公司,於聯交所交易平台透過場內交易出售1000萬股公司股份(相當於公司全部已發行股本約1.20%),平均代價為每股股份約0.30港元。
出售事項完成後,呂先生於公司持有的股權減少至243,302,000股股份,相當於公司已發行股本約28.96%,而呂先生將不再為控股股東,惟將仍然為公司持有最大股權的主要股東。
