美聯工商鋪(00459.HK)擬2480萬港元收購香港九龍海壇街物業
格隆匯7月7日丨美聯工商鋪(00459.HK)宣佈,於2021年7月7日,公司全資附屬公司帝熙擬以向賣方盈來收購香港九龍物業,代價為2480萬港元,將以現金分期付款。
據悉,物業包括香港九龍海壇街192號地下,建築面積約1,000平方尺。於完成收購時,物業將根據一份租賃協議出租予獨立第三方,自2021年10月28日起至2022年10月27日止,為期一年,月租為3.5萬港元(不包括政府地租、差餉及管理費)。預期物業將於完成收購後出租以賺取租金收入。
公吿稱,收購符合集團策略,並代表集團現有物業投資業務的擴展。預期物業將予出租以賺取租金收入,並將為集團提供額外及穩定的租金收入。收購使集團得以進一步拓闊收入來源以及可享有物業的潛在資本增值。
