嘉欣絲綢(002404.SZ)：控股孫公司擬共同出資9000萬元設嘉欣典當
格隆匯7月7日丨嘉欣絲綢(002404.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年7月6日召開第八屆董事會第十次會議，會議以9票同意、0票反對、0票棄權的結果,審議通過了《關於控股孫公司對外投資的議案》，同意控股孫公司浙江嘉欣融資租賃有限公司和嘉興市中絲繭絲綢家紡有限公司共同出資9000萬元人民幣，設立廣西嘉欣典當有限公司(暫定名，以工商登記核准為準，“嘉欣典當”)。
嘉欣典當的目標客户為絲綢行業生產、貿易及流通全產業鏈上有真實交易背景、存在融資需求的企業、商户等。
通過金蠶網公司的供應鏈管理信息平台，彙集絲綢行業產業鏈上下游企業和商户，為繭絲綢行業生產、貿易及流通全產業鏈上有真實交易背景、存在融資需求的中小微企業、商户提供繭、絲、綢等原料典當服務，收取綜合服務費(包括當物的保管費、保險費、利息等)。
公司深耕絲綢行業30餘年，在繭絲綢行業具有核心地位，圍繞公司集聚形成了一個涵蓋絲綢產業鏈各環節的供應鏈集羣；控股子公司金蠶網公司長期從事繭絲綢行業的倉儲、物流、信息發佈、貿易撮合、供應鏈金融等供應鏈增值服務及供應鏈管理業務，其於2000年開發運營的“金蠶網”和“中國繭絲綢交易市場”是繭絲綢行業專業互聯網信息及交易平台，在行業內享有很高的關注度和權威性；公司開展繭、絲、綢等原料質押典當業務具備良好的“商流、物流、資金流、信息流”基礎及豐富的運營經驗。
此次設立嘉欣典當，可以拓展和豐富“金蠶網”供應鏈平台的業務渠道，為繭絲綢行業小微企業提供更方便、快捷、專業和多元化的金融服務，幫助小微企業解決融資難、融資貴問題，同時進一步鞏固和擴大業務規模。
公司此次投資設立嘉欣典當不僅可以帶來經濟效益的增加，還將進一步發揮“金蠶網”作為國內繭絲綢行業交易、價格、信息和物流中心的引領作用，增強和鞏固繭絲綢行業供應鏈企業對“金蠶網”的黏度，擴大金蠶網公司協同貿易、供應鏈金融服務、倉儲物流服務等業務規模，帶動信息資訊、諮詢服務、廣吿服務等互聯網衍生業務，進一步提升“金蠶網”在繭絲綢行業的影響力。
