越劍智能(603095.SH):簽署紹興市柯橋區某地的拆遷補償協議 補償款合計約3.87億元
格隆匯7月7日丨越劍智能(603095.SH)公吿,公司位於浙江省紹興市柯橋區齊賢街道高澤居陽嘉龍村房屋土地被徵用拆遷,拆遷補償款合計約3.8681億元。
根據相關規劃及調整,公司於2021年7月6日與紹興柯橋經濟開發區開發投資有限公司、齊賢街道就上述地塊的拆遷補償相關事宜簽訂了正式的《非住宅房屋拆遷補償安置協議》。同日,公司審議通過了《關於簽署拆遷補償協議的議案》,同意此次拆遷事項並授權公司董事會辦理相關事宜。
