思摩爾國際(06969.HK)大股東質押2.3億股股份
思摩爾國際(06969.HK)表示,獲控股股東EVE BATTERY INVESTMENT通知,其於7月7日與兩家銀行訂立股份質押協議,分別向建設銀行(亞洲)及招商永隆銀行各質押1.15億股,各佔已發行股本約1.93%,作爲EVE BATTERY母公司EVE Asia Co., Limited獲授予約8億港元及約1億美元貸款融資的質押。
EVE BATTERY INVESTMENT目前持有思摩爾國際約19.01億股,佔已發行股本約31.86%。完成以上質押後,EVE BATTERY 去年底向建行(亞洲)質押的4,000萬股質押股份後續將會被解除質押。
