中國智能健康(00348.HK)建議資本重組
中國智能健康(00348.HK)公佈,董事會建議實行資本重組,包括將每股已發行股份之名義金額或面值由每股1港元減至0.01港元,於緊隨資本削減後進行股份分拆,每股名義金額或面值1.00港元之法定但未發行股份將分拆爲100股每股名義金額或面值0.01港元之經調整股份。
經調整股份之每手買賣單位將維持與股份之每手買賣單位相同,即每手50,000股經調整股份。董事會認爲,資本削減及股份溢價削減將令公司日後於因應公司表現以及於董事會認爲合適之情況下宣派股息時更具靈活彈性。(el/a) ~
