電動貨車廠商Nikola股東否決高層薪酬建議
美國電動貨車製造商Nikola(NKLA.US)的股東投票反對高層的薪酬建議,當中包括創辦人兼前執行主席Trevor R. Milton的1.592億美元。
雖然上述投票不具約束力,但顯示股東對Nikola的不滿,其股價已較高位回落80%。去年Nikola被沽空機構興登堡研究(Hindenburg Research)追擊,其後Milton承認曾對業務作出多項不正確聲明,並確認興登堡研究對公司的部分指控屬實。
今次股東否決6名高層包括薪酬、獎金及股票獎勵在內的酬金,當中包括行政總裁兼總裁Mark Russell的1.592億美元,以及法律總監Britton Worthen的7,960 萬美元。
