小鵬汽車(09868.HK) :回港上市冀更接近中港投資者 繼續重視與監管溝通
小鵬汽車(09868.HK)副董事長兼總裁顧宏地於記者會表示,回到中國地區上市一直是公司目標,希望可以更貼近中港投資者,認為過程一切順利。
在定價方面,他指,考慮到市況問題,投資者需應對市場波動較大,故結予相較美國4%較寬的折扣,目前未有計劃回A,但未來不排除任何可能,希望透過互聯互通接觸內地投資者。
他又提到,汽車行業一直都受不同部門的監管,亦不限於國內,故公司由開始也一直與各部門緊密溝通和合作,未來亦會繼續重視。(ic/u) ~
