青鳥消防(002960.SZ)半年度淨利潤預增30%-50%
格隆匯7月6日丨青鳥消防(002960.SZ)公佈，預計2021年半年度歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤18853萬元-21753萬元，同比增長30%-50%；營業收入126540萬元-151848萬元，同比增長50%-80%。
2021年是公司成立20週年，亦是公司未來三年規劃的元年。公司上半年整體生產、經營情況良好，品牌影響力與核心競爭力進一步提升，為全年經營計劃的順利推進打下了堅實基礎。
分業務來看，公司核心業務的“三駕馬車”均運行良好：
1、通用消防報警業務上半年實現平穩快速增長。在海外業務方面，雖有文化、環境等的差異，且受海外新冠肺炎疫情的持續影響，但公司2021年3月底控股並表後給法國Finsecur公司/旗下子公司及其員工帶來了諸多積極影響，相互協同與賦能，整合過程順利，Q2銷售額較去年同期實現快速增長，其中西班牙子公司Detnov更是在6月份實現了其月度銷售額的歷史新高；
應急照明與智能疏散業務保持高速發展的態勢，訂單與發貨量持續爆發式增長，預計較去年同期增長超過100%；
工業消防方面，公司上半年繼續加大力度完善工業消防的產品體系，並在鋼鐵行業市場中標了河北天柱鋼鐵集團搬遷項目(涉及產能約600萬噸)、中天鋼鐵綠色精品鋼項目(規劃產能約2,000萬噸)等多個工業消防項目，成為其全系列火災自動報警系統產品的唯一供應商，取得了突破性進展，為公司繼續開拓石化、冶金、能源電力、綜合管廊等行業領域項目建立了良好開端。
2、為進一步夯實、提升公司在消防電子全方位的領先地位，公司上半年結合未來戰略佈局，在持續保持研發投入強度、完善現有國內外產品線及“朱䴉”芯片迭代升級的同時，持續加強應急疏散、工業消防以及智慧消防、安消一體化、家用消防等新業務增長點的佈局投入以及品牌、銷售渠道的建設，在投入端保持了快速增長，這些投入將有利於促進品牌力提升、新業務發展。
與此同時，在應對受經濟大環境影響原材料成本上升明顯的現狀，公司通過精細化的管理措施，努力保持了公司整體毛利率的穩定。
3、下半年，公司將持續加強產品與技術研發，強化市場營銷體系建設與推廣力度，繼續全面推動以“降本增效”為核心的運營管理工作，在上半年形成的堅實基礎上，努力促進實現良好的經營成果。
同時，繼續向着2023年實現50億元以上的銷售規模的目標奮進，並在擴大規模的同時提升公司的盈利能力，致力於成為全球領先的消防安全企業。
