筲箕灣南安街仲齊大廈7月底強拍 底價1.95億元
仲量聯行獲委託,根據土地審裁處按《土地(爲重新發展而強制售賣)條例》所作出的售賣令,公開拍賣筲箕灣南安街 67、69、69A 及71號仲齊大廈,拍賣於7月28日(週三)上午11時舉行,底價1.95億港元。
該8層高唐樓於1964年落成,地下有三個商鋪,一樓至七樓爲住宅用途,共用兩條公用樓梯。
根據《筲箕灣分區計劃大綱覈準圖(草圖編號S/K9/18)》,有關地段現被劃爲「住宅(甲類)2」用途,物業地盤面積約3,000平方尺。
該物業將按現時狀況,以部分交吉、部分連現有租約(如有)形式出售。
