中裝建設(002822.SZ)：許瑞風電擬與中南院簽署50MW風電項目EPC總承包項目
格隆匯7月5日丨中裝建設(002822.SZ)公吿，公司之三級子公司許昌許瑞風力發電有限公司(“許瑞風電”)計劃投資建設50MW風電項目，項目名稱為許昌建安區陳曹鄉30MW分散式風電場項目以及許昌建安區將官池鎮20MW分散式風電項目兩個分散式風電項目，合稱河南許昌許瑞50MW分散式風電項目EPC總承包項目(簡稱“EPC總承包項目”)，項目合同總金額約人民幣41,624.95萬元。
上述項目擬由許瑞風電與中國電力工程顧問集團中南電力設計院有限公司(“中南院”)簽署EPC總承包合同。公司一級子公司深圳市中裝新能源科技有限公司(中裝新能源)與EPC總承包項目的承包方中南院簽署承包合同(以下簡稱“分包合同”)，合同金額為人民幣8,482.75萬元。
本次擬建風電項目規模為50MW，項目建設單位為公司三級子公司許瑞風電，許瑞風電擬與中南院簽署EPC總承包合同進行建設，建設期約10個月。項目建設地點為許昌市建安區陳曹鄉和許昌市建安區將官池鎮。
經計算，許昌建安區陳曹鄉30MW分散式風電場項目靜態總投資為22,500萬元，每千瓦靜態投資為7,500元；許昌建安區將官池鎮20MW分散式風電項目靜態總投資為14,400萬元，每千瓦靜態投資為7,200元。
此項目對於公司來説，一方面，本次EPC總承包項目採用“EPC+F”模式建設，即許瑞風電委託中南院承擔工程總承包方，並由中南院為許瑞風電解決項目融資款，項目建成後許瑞風電將項目連同債務一併轉讓給第三方。中南院是全球最大的250家國際工程承包商之一，資金實力和建設實力強，本次EPC總承包項目不會對公司的正常運作和業務發展造成不利影響；另一方面，中裝新能源簽署分包合同，具備良好的預期回報，分包合同的順利履行將會對公司未來會計年度財務狀況及經營成果產生積極影響。
