雅生活服務(03319.HK)與綠地控股達成五年戰略合作，雙方合作延續至2025年
格隆匯7月5日丨雅生活服務(03319.HK)發佈公吿，2021年7月5日，公司、雅居樂與綠地控股簽訂合作框架協議的補充協議，據此，綠地控股繼續將集團作為戰略優先級物業合作商，自2023年1月1日至2025年12月31日期間，在適用法律、規則和法規許可的範圍內盡最大努力聘請集團管理其每年開發的不少於500萬平方米的物業。
自2017年公司與綠地控股建立戰略合作關係以來，雙方互利共贏、合作良好，公司為綠地控股及其項目業主提供了優質的物業管理服務以及多元化的增值服務。基於合作往績及公司優質服務，公司獲取了綠地控股所開發的數百個中高端住宅項目及商寫辦公標杆性項目，包括武漢綠地中心、杭州之門、綠地能源國際金融中心等城市地標超高層項目，以及綠地杭州灣、東北亞國博城等超大型綜合住宅項目。通過高品質的服務，公司不斷提升綠地控股項目業主滿意度，助力綠地控股所開發項目的銷售和提升其溢價能力。自2018年1月1日至2020年12月31日期間，公司基於合作框架協議以及於公開市場積極參與競標，自綠地控股承接的合約管理面積已大幅超過合作框架協議中規定的合計3000萬平方米保證及優先物業服務面積。同時，綠地控股在2021年及2022年將繼續嚴格執行合作框架協議。
鑑於雙方良好的合作往績及產生的業務協同，公司將與綠地控股持續發展和維護戰略合作伙伴關係，公司將作為綠地控股物業服務的重要供應商，於2021年至2025年期間持續承接綠地控股所開發的優質項目，保證及優先物業服務面積合計不少於3500萬平米，為綠地控股項目業主提供高品質、多元化的服務。同時，雙方將積極在城市服務、智慧生活服務、業主增值服務等方面尋求其他合作機會。因此，集團將可持續通過承接雅居樂及其附屬公司(不包括集團)以及綠地控股的管理面積，積極推進第三方拓展及參與行業整合，聚焦品質、規模、效益，進一步擴大在不同區域和業態的輻射力及影響力。
