ST步森(002569.SZ):擬使用不超1.5億元閒置自有資金購買理財和信託產品
格隆匯7月2日丨ST步森(002569.SZ)公佈,公司2021年7月2日召開的第六屆董事會第十次會議審議通過了《關於使用閒置自有資金購買理財和信託產品的議案》,同意公司(含全資、控股子公司)在保障正常生產經營資金需求的情況下使用不超過1.5億元人民幣的閒置自有資金購買保本和非保本型理財產品、信託產品、私募基金,在上述額度內,資金可以在授權有效期內循環進行投資,滾動使用。
該業務不涉及關聯交易,尚需公司股東大會審議通過。
