美包裝食品商通脹磨坊稱預期美國今年通脹達7%
《CNBC》報道,美國包裝食品商通用磨坊(General Mills)(GIS.US)財務總監Kofi Bruce在分析員電話會議上表示,公司預期美國今年通脹率升見7%,又稱縱使不想特別指出個別領域的通脹情況,但可披露公司所有業務領域均面臨更高通脹。公司高層表示將管理成本,包括進行策略性收入管理,譬如標價及優化措施,以抵銷通脹影響,意味產品提價及包裝份量減少。
報道引述市場分析指,通用磨坊的處理爲通脹的警告訊號,又指玉米價格四日內急升15%,升至六週高及接近八年高。大豆價格本週已急升一成。
