博耳電力(01685.HK)附屬出售節能方案公司60%股權
博耳電力(01685.HK)公佈,6月30日交易時段後全資附屬作爲賣方,與買方無錫博雲科技及目標公司訂立股權轉讓協議,同意出售從事提供節能方案以及電力drat 設施的EPC服務公司的六成股權,代價5萬元人民幣。
出售事項完成後,目標公司將由買方擁有60%權益,因此不再爲公司附屬,且不再併入集團的財務報表。初步評估,估計集團將因出售事項而錄得收益約9,540萬人民幣(相當1.149億港元)。
