銀城國際附屬向銀城生活服務附屬出售物業 涉資1,161.7萬人幣
銀城生活服務(01922.HK)及銀城國際控股(01902.HK)聯合公佈,銀城生活服務間接全資附屬南京智慧美佳科技服務向銀城國際間接全資附屬南京馬會置業收購四個物業,代價合共1,161.7萬元人民幣(下同),相關物業皆爲於「Kinma Q+社區」,每平方米收購價格介乎3.9萬元至5.2萬元。
銀城國際預計,出售可錄得770.53萬元收益,將用作一般營運資金。
