璋利國際(01693.HK)公佈,馬來西亞政府行動管制令、有條件行動管制令及全面行動管制令的實施都影響了集團在建築工地上的現場工作。在辦公室和建築工地作業時候,集團必須遵守所有限制並完全遵守有關當局施加的作業程序標準。
另外,在第一季度更新公告發布後,債權人於2021年6月16日舉行的債權人會議上批準間接全資子公司BGMC Corporation的擬議安排方案詳情,但目前債務重組尚未完成,並以法院的成功批準爲條件。
