卧龍電驅(600580.SH):卧龍控股及其一致行動人持股減少比例達1.01%股份
格隆匯7月1日丨卧龍電驅(600580.SH)公吿,公司於2021年7月1日收到控股股東的通知,公司控股股東卧龍控股集團有限公司(“卧龍控股”)2020年非公開發行可交換公司債券的債券持有人換股,導致卧龍控股持股比例被動下降。
據悉,從2021年3月4日至2021年6月30日,上述可交換債券持有人已完成換股1074.8895萬股,佔現有總股本的0.82%,結合期權行權導致的總股本的增加,使得卧龍控股及其一致行動人持股比例下降1.01%。
