格隆匯6月30日丨榮豐聯合控股(03683.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年3月31日止年度,公司收益1250萬美元,同比增長2%;公司擁有人應占虧損由截至2020年3月31日止年度的1020萬美元大減至該年度的330萬美元;每股虧損的0.34美仙。
虧損減少主要源於(1)全球乾散貨海運市場經營環境復甦。由於乾散貨市場及中華人民共和國的煤炭進口量上揚,故即期運費有所上升。因此,2020年9月30日後的即期運費收益有所增長;(2)因2021年運費飆升及二手船舶價格復甦而撥回減值虧損;(3)投資物業公平值收益;及(4)2020年上半年燃料成本波動導致船用燃料成本大幅上升的抵銷影響。
