多氟多(002407.SZ):擬以塗布機、切疊一體機,電芯DEAS設備等資產對新能源科技增資
格隆匯6月30日丨多氟多(002407.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年6月30日召開第六屆董事會第二十四次會議,審議通過了《關於向全資子公司增資的議案》,公司以塗布機、切疊一體機,電芯DEAS設備等資產,賬面價值合計73163萬元人民幣對多氟多新能源科技有限公司(“新能源科技”)進行增資。
此次增資完成後,新能源科技註冊資本由93000萬元人民幣增加至166163萬元人民幣,公司持有其100%股權,董事會授權公司管理層辦理增資相關事項。
