聯儲局官員:美國就業市場仍遠未回覆至疫情前水平
裏士滿聯儲行長巴爾金(Thomas Barkin)表示,美國勞動力市場並未回覆至疫情前的水平,希望能在聯儲局縮減買債規模前看到更多的進展。
他稱,美國在就業市場方面仍有很長的路要走,就業人數較疫情前仍減少760萬人,認爲即使通脹已超過聯儲局的2%目標,但在減少買債前仍需要進一步改善就業市場。
不過他提到,沒有結構性的因素會阻止就業市場最終復甦,預計到8月及9月將看到強勁的就業增長。
明尼亞波利斯聯儲行長卡什卡裏亦認爲,美國經濟要從疫情中完全復甦還有很長的路要走,預計秋季就業將出現非常強勁的反彈。
