內地科學家在磁性芯片高精度檢測領域取得新突破 預計10月投入商用
據《新華社》報道,在慶祝中國共產黨建黨百年之際,北京航空航天大學科研工作者在5個原子層厚的納米磁性薄膜上寫下「100年,中國芯」,這個厚度相當於一張普通打印紙的十萬分之一。北航集成電路學院工藝與裝備系教師張學瑩介紹,科研人員利用檢測儀器,通過微小的磁性針尖在薄膜上寫字,完成平整度檢測後,將納米薄膜製成器件,封裝後形成芯片。
該檢測儀器是由北航集成電路學院科研團隊研發的晶圓級磁光克爾測試儀。北航集成電路學院工藝與裝備系主任王新河說:「對比國外同類設備,這台儀器在測試精度和速度等方面進行了技術革新,實現自主創新突破。」
據了解,該儀器現已應用於科研領域,且預計於今年10月在產業領域投入商用。
