格隆匯6月30日丨WANG ON GROUP(01222.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年3月31日止年度,實現收入18.94億港元,同比下降45.0%;毛利7.58億港元,同比下降52.9%;股東應占溢利淨額1.24億港元,同比下降73.9%;基本每股盈利0.77港仙;擬派末期股息每股0.2港仙。
公吿稱,收入減少主要是由於擁有控股權的物業開發項目貢獻的物業銷售減少。另一方面,合營企業的利潤份額增加至5.948億港元,主要是由於本財政年度物業銷售及共同開發的物業項目貢獻的溢利增加。
