2021年6月29日，新力控股(集團)有限公司("新力控股"或"公司"，連同其附屬公司統稱"集團"，股份代號：2103.HK)於"環境、社會及企業管治成就2020大獎"中一舉獲得特別環境、社會、企業管治大獎 - 年度傑出企業和特別大獎"由基金經理投票"– ESG傑出企業兩大榮譽。

"環境、社會及企業管治成就2020大獎"或"大獎"由環境、社會、企業管治及基準學會("The Institute of ESG & Benchmark"或簡稱"IESGB")所舉辦，該組織一家非牟利機構. 致力於提高社會各界對所有行業的環境、社會和治理 "ESG」"的認知和教育。通過舉辦環境、社會和企業管治相關的培訓和活動，IESGB 希望引領和加強香港和亞洲的 ESG 標準和發展。該獎項旨在通過強調公司和非政府組織 "NGO"的傑出可持續發展表現的價值，成為香港當前可持續發展標準和最佳實踐的重要基準。集團各個組織在運營中越來越重視可持續發展，這成為公司不斷實踐ESG相關行動的強大動力。
2020年12月，新力控股發佈了《綠色、社會責任、可持續發展融資框架》，設立發行綠色、社會責任、可持續發展債券、貸款及其他債務類工具時的治理機制，同時成立可持續發展融資工作組；2021年1月新力控股在該框架下成功發行2.5億美元364天綠色債券，獲來自中國內地、中國香港及歐洲等多個國家及地區的超過110家機構投資者踴躍認購，按配售金額計算，綠色投資人的佔比高達42%，並獲國際評級機構惠譽評級"B+"(展望"穩定")。該綠色債券亦獲得知名的獨立認證機構Sustainalytics出具第二意見書以評估和確認本框架符合對應的ICMA以及LMA原則和行為指引，並獲港交所"可持續及綠色交易所(STAGE)"收錄。
