格隆匯6月29日丨*ST新光(002147.SZ)公告,2021年6月29日,公司收到全資子公司浙江新光建材裝飾城開發有限公司(“新光建材城”)轉發的《重整申請書》。申請人豐邦建設集團有限公司以新光建材城不能清償到期債務且明顯缺乏清償能力爲由,向浙江省金華市中級人民法院申請對新光建材城進行破產重整。
新光建材城最近一期經審計的營業收入佔公司最近一期經審計的營業收入的比例爲5.02%;新光建材城最近一期經審計的淨利潤佔公司最近一期經審計的歸屬於母公司股東的淨利潤的比例爲1.70%。
