申菱環境(301018.SZ)披露上市發行結果：遭棄購3.2442萬股 由主承銷商包銷
格隆匯6月29日丨申菱環境(301018.SZ)披露上市發行結果，保薦機構(主承銷商)根據深交所和中國結算深圳分公司提供的數據，對本次網上、網下發行的新股認購情況進行了統計，結果如下：
(一)戰略配售情況本次發行價格不高於剔除最高報價後網下投資者報價的中位數和加權平均數以及剔除最高報價後公募基金、社保基金、養老金、企業年金基金、保險資金報價中位數和加權平均數的孰低值，故保薦機構相關子公司無需參與跟投。
根據最終確定的發行價格，本次發行的戰略配售由發行人高級管理人員與核心員工專項資產管理計劃組成，具體為中信建投申菱環境1號戰略配售集合資產管理計劃、中信建投申菱環境2號戰略配售集合資產管理計劃。發行人的高級管理人員與核心員工專項資產管理計劃最終戰略配售股份數量為600.10萬股，佔本次發行股份數量的10.00%，初始戰略配售與最終戰略配售股數的差額300.05萬股回撥至網下發行。
截至2021年6月18日(T-4日)，戰略投資者已足額按時繳納認購資金。根據發行人與戰略投資者簽署的《戰略配售協議》中的相關約定，確定本次發行戰略配售結果如下：

1、網上投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：26,072,058
2、網上投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：216,137,360.82
3、網上投資者放棄認購數量(股)：32,442
4、網上投資者放棄認購金額(元)：268,944.18
(三)網下新股認購情況
1、網下投資者繳款認購的股份數量(股)：27,904,500
2、網下投資者繳款認購的金額(元)：231,328,305.00
3、網下投資者放棄認購數量(股)：0
4、網下投資者放棄認購金額(元)：0
網上、網下投資者放棄認購股數全部由保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷，保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷股份的數量為32,442股，包銷金額為268,944.18元。保薦機構(主承銷商)包銷股份的數量，約佔扣除最終戰略配售數量後的發行股票量的0.06%，約佔本次公開發行股票總量的0.05%。
