建泉國際控股(08365.HK)與雅博、基石再生能源、晉揚國際及香港再生資源總商會簽署備忘錄
格隆匯6月29日丨建泉國際控股(08365.HK)宣佈，於2021年6月28日，公司與雅博集團國際有限公司("雅博")、基石再生能源有限公司("基石再生能源")、晉揚國際(香港)有限公司("晉揚國際")及香港再生資源總商會有限公司("HKRCOC")共同簽署一份戰略合作框架備忘錄。
集團與各公司之間的嶄新合作將訂立一站式可持續發展服務平台，利用集團與雅博的金融專業知識，及其餘各方對環保、回收及再生能源的專業知識，提供環境、社會及管治("環境、社會及管治"，英文簡稱"ESG")的多元化服務，包括諮詢、綠色金融、可持續發展策略及環境顧問服務。我們各專業團隊亦會為客户進行評估和可持續發展現況審閲，制定計劃及解決方案，包括資源配置及使用，碳排放量和天然資源及環境的利用，我們的專業團隊將就相應的節能減排需要提出具體建議，協助客户建立一個完善可持續發展系統。
集團與雅博將提供財務及相關專業服務，並在該平台中擔任在客户及基石再生能源與晉揚國際的溝通橋樑。集團與雅博會為客户起草報吿框架、提供諮詢服務及撰寫環境、社會及管治報吿，提供綠色金融、可持續發展策略、環境顧問服務、提供有關可持續發展╱環境、社會及管治投資機會並向基石再生能源與晉揚國際諮詢適用技術。集團與雅博亦會對包括但不限於，綠色債券、綠色融資、提高企業環境、社會及管治效益等顧問服務。基石再生能源與晉揚國際將為客户提供對節能減排環保、回收及再生能源的專業知識包括資源配置及使用，碳排放量和天然資源及環境的利用有關的解決方案並就相應的節能減排需要提出具體建議。
公吿稱，由於全球企業日益關注環境、社會及管治概念，董事相信企業必須在其營商模型及管理層面納入環境、社會及管治。因此董事認為制定環境、社會及管治相關服務將使集團之營商模型更多元化，有利於集團之未來發展。透過備忘錄，集團可與環保、回收及再生的企業及專家共同合作為企業在其業務及管理層面發展及推廣更有效率的環境、社會及管治元素。
備忘錄項下各方的合作能夠優化各方的戰略視野和對各自企業可持續發展專案提高認同，也代表着各方能把自己的專業服務結合，讓其服務領域更專業化，並將多元化的理念融合，且並肩前進，共同協助企業建立一個完善的環境、社會及管治形象。
