友邦(01299.HK)斥120.3億人幣認購中郵保險24.99%股權
友邦(01299.HK)公佈,同意通過全資子公司投資120.33億元人民幣認購中國郵政子公司中郵保險24.99%投資後股權,交易有待獲得所有必要的監管批準。是次投資將全額由內部資源以現金支付。公司在中國的全資壽險子公司友邦中國的運營將與此次投資保持完全獨立。
公司表示,中郵保險通過其與郵儲銀行(01658.HK)的分銷合作關係,可觸及中國最大的零售金融分銷網路,包括遍佈中國的約4萬個金融網點及超過6億零售客戶。中郵保險目前於21個省份銷售產品,覆蓋郵儲銀行分銷網絡的80%。
